1: I will do Yoga daily.

The first thing that I decided to take up as a resolution was doing Yoga. I successfully followed it till a month and then, waking up at 6.00 AM is not my cup of tea! Oh, dear Take it easy, you can go tomorrow- I said to my self and hence, Tomorrow never came!.

2: Keep myself Positive.

This is something that I follow everyday. I wanted to keep myself positive which is why I made a lettering challenge called #Positiveeverydayy. Its the first thing that I do everyday which keeps me positive and motivated.

The ME time is very important to each and everyone. Hence, I decided to take out some time for myself. I go for a walk at night, which is the ME time for Me. And Yes It did not go with the Wind.

4: A Healthy Diet.

Something that always goes with the wind when I see Fast Food. Being foodie it’s very difficult for me to control myself. So yes, It goes with the wind again, because, food cannot compromise.
