•Karma is action. When you act in a particular way, you get the result you deserve. As you sow, so you will reap.•

Veer Yodha Abhimanyu…. It’s been a while I read a mythology book. Abhimanyu is one of my favourite characters excited to read this one.

@deepakmrd27 ) Deepak M. R.’s Abhimanyu, the Warrior Prince is a story of Subhadra & Arjun’s Son, Krishna’s Nephew and the greatest Warrior. All we know about him is he entered the Chakravyuha and fought till the end. A story of a devoted son, a loving husband, a prince, a Warrior.

In this book, the author shares about his journey, his childhood, his years of training, his love for his uncle and parents, how he went to find Arjuna, how he met Uttara and how he fought the battle.

It’s a fast-paced story with a gripping narration. The way the author described everything that happened on the battlefield will give you goosebumps. How he fought alone with the masters till the last breath.

I loved reading about Krishna and Abhimanyu’s bond. We are not much aware of his childhood, why didn’t Krishna save him in the Chakravyuha, why didn’t he teach him how to exit the Chakravyuha? There are many such questions and the author gives us the answers.

With an engaging writing style, the author captures the reader’s attention.
At times I felt, the story was a bit rushed. What I loved most about the book is the descriptive narration of the war. The way he described the situations, will give you goosebumps.

Deepak weaves a beautiful tale of love, courage, and struggles. Not to forget an attractive cover.

An amazing book that you must not skip if you love reading mythology.
