•open your eyes, let go of your burden, urges my heart. Embrace the magic and believe in miracles, for fairy tales to happen.•

As I finished my cup of tea and this beautiful book, all I had is a smile on my face. These 26 poems are felt like known poems to me. I could relate to each poem that the author shared. I can say, I added Sumana as another favourite poet to my list.

Love & Longings by The_retro_feeling published by Notionpress.books is a collection of 26 poems based on love, longings, dreams, time, hope and many others.

These poems are just pure bliss to read. With beautiful weather and a perfect tea, these poems added happiness to my day. I loved how the poems are beautifully created, each of them having its own depth. One could relate to the topics shared by the author as each one of us has been through such situations.

Some poems are a bit longer, but you are going to love them. The simple language along with the fresh and pleasant writing style of the author, keeps the readers invested in.

The way the author expressed each emotion is commendable. Be it, love, wait, goodbyes, dreams or loneliness, the author expressed it all beautifully.

What I liked most about the books is the simplicity each poem has. The way the author chooses the topics was simply amazing. It’s not only about love, there’s a lot more.

Poems like somethings missing will remind you of your grandparents, will make you feel nostalgic. It’s a beautiful book to cherish forever.

Poems like Sometimes, Letting go, Words unsaid, Somethings missing, empty dreams are my favourite poems from the book.

If you love reading poetry, do not miss this book. The author impresses the readers with light, beautiful and interesting poems.
