The moment he entered the class, Charu felt an instant connection, the moment she saw him, she knew there was a different spark in this connection. Rudra gave Charu the dreams she never imagined, right from school. Will these hearts be one? Will they confess their love? Will this love story have a happy ending?

@kgandhi064 Kritika Soin weaves a delightful tale of love, hope, wait, friendship and courage that will take you down the memory lane. It’s a story of Charu and Rudra who met at school. Charu fell in love with him and hasn’t confessed it yet, but her staring game said it all.

I liked the way the story started, from Charu’s school days, the initial friendships to their first interaction, to how they felt and how life took turns once the school was over.

The plot of the story is simple and engaging with a crisp descriptive narrative. One could relate to Charu’s feelings, her situation and her strong determined personality. While Kritika gives us a sneak peek into Charu’s life, she reminds readers of their college days and old friends.

It’s a light, quick with an enchanting writing style. Her words are simple and relatable. What I loved the most about the book is the way she expressed Relationships. How a small lunch together means a lot to a family, can make a difference. How Charu gave importance to her family as well as her dreams. The equation she shared with her parents and her brother was something we don’t see often in stories.

The characters are well-developed by the author. One will fall for Rudra’s character, Charu’s character attracted me more. I liked the way she figured out situations and adapted the situations. While the first few chapters share their blooming love story, the story takes a good turn later.

While Charu accepts the situation she has been in as a challenge, Her mother became her biggest support. Each chapter ends with a poem, hinting at what the next chapter unfolds.

There’s drama, love, entertainment and of course a will to follow your heart. I loved the last few chapters. The plot takes an unexpected turn and I loved how her family and friends stood by her. Life is tragic, it’s up to us how we deal with the situations. The climax was unpredictable. I never thought that was coming and it bought a big smile on my face.

It’s a light, entertaining read full of drama and love. You will love Charu’s character.
