Well well, I thank God for coming across some amazing diverse reads. The Books that help me grow.

While I was travelling, I had been reading this beautiful book, a memoir. It’s been a long time I read any such book, so I was excited for this one.

Tandem Walk is a collection of interesting events from the life of Dr. Verghese who had been a close associate of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. With these events, he sheds light on the strange world of emotions and human perceptions.

At first, you may find the incidents to be too common, but like reality itself, they changed with time.

Yes, at the end of each chapter, you will be stunned. His experience while he met different people, and the way they shaped his life.

The crisp descriptive narration and the intriguing writing style of the author keeps the readers hooked throughout.

There’s depth in his words. You will get a whole new perspective while you read this. It’s a bit slow-paced and a heavy read.

Well, with diverse experiences, the author takes us to various exciting places. How errors, blind faith and misunderstandings can cause troubles, how we fail to understand the other person, how financial status becomes important than a person and many other things that change our lives.

What the author shared here is the reality of life. The situations we face or see someone in, How we assume situations to be normal until life gives us a reality check.
