In this book, The 3I effect author Abhishek tells us about how we can apply these three principles at every stage of our lives and improve our life.

I liked the way this book is structured. While he talks about the three principles, he tells about how a high school graduate or a college student or job seeker or an employed person can apply them in their lives. He also shared about how leaders can apply them and also how applying these principles in marriage are helpful.

He shares about how a housewife, a working wife can apply them, which I did not agree with a few points by the author. He even shares about these principles for the husbands which I feel could have been as in-depth as he said for wife.

Well after each chapter, the author asks readers questions which gives them clarity and will make them think. This book surely gives a different perspective.

I liked when the author shared about emotional intelligence. That’s the best part of the book. He tries to make it easy and understandable for the readers by sharing apt and practical examples that one could relate to.

The writing style of the author is simple, intriguing and to the point. He makes it interactive for the readers by adding questions, quotes and examples.

I never thought how these principles can be helpful and the way he presented it, makes it easy to understand. Though I did not like the marriage part that much. The best part for me was the principles for the leaders. How the three principles helps in achieving the fine balance while helping the team and grow as an individual.

Right from the start, that chapter is my favourite. You’ll find many inspiring quotes in this book.

It’s a good book that provides a different perspective with a practical approach.
