I was excited to read this book because of the title and the blurb. The best stories comes from an experience and Amit Nagpal’s book is full of experiences, stories from the leaders. It took me a Lil while to read this book and understand the process. There are many lines and pointers which I highlighted, made notes of.

We all face challenges like fear of not being good enough, finding a purpose-driven career, harmonizing the work-life balance, anxiety around the future and many other things; there are questions we seek answers for, but how?

With this book, Amit Nagpal brings 33 real-life stories that inspire each one of us will take us to similar experiences and advice from global leaders.

This book will give you clarity, make you understand the concepts, and be a perfect guide to answer your questions.

The Elephant at the dinner table, I loved the quirky book title. The author makes sure the Elephant understands the concept well. Hence, he adds fantastic illustrations and questions for the reader at the end of chapters, for you to reflect in your own light, and write about their learnings, making the book enjoyable.

The reflection exercises and pointers shared by the author will boost our leadership skills and show us the correct path.

His conversations interviews with successful leaders teach us the lessons for life. There are so many things to learn from the book.
