Upside Down Fitness by Manisha Israni is a perfect guide to remain fit in a smart way. Divided into 11 chapters the author gives some smart tips and tricks to maintain good health. It’s a perfect book for a fitness freak.

Firstly, I loved the writing style of the author, it’s crisp and engaging. The language used by the author is simple and easy. One can connect to the book well. Read it from any random page, you’ll get to learn many things.

The tips that the author gave are easy to do and upto the point. The author focuses on changing our routine, lifestyle and switch to smart living. It mainly focuses on Yoga, exercise, weight loss, happiness, eating mantra, workout plans and many more.

It’s a well detailed and well-researched book. The author has stated some facts, advantages, disadvantages in an apt way. You’ll never feel bored while reading this book. It’s a perfect yoga guide too. It’s a perfect book for all those who want to switch to a healthy lifestyle.

A wonderful approach to health and fitness. One can relate to each and every word. The title of the story is interesting. The cover could have been much better. The summary of the story is amazing. Each chapter has an interesting concept which helps us in improving our health.

The author rightly said, fitness is a journey, not a destination. A simple book with an amazing writing style, a must-read must read for the one who is health conscious.
