Hey Love,
Just three more days, and this series of letters will come to a close. I want you to witness it all — wisely. The pain, the joy, the growth, the grief — let none of it pass you by unnoticed. Let it touch you. Let it teach you. Be present with it all, even when it feels heavy. Let life whisper its lessons to you in both the chaos and the quiet.
The good days, the hard days, the wins, the mistakes — don’t ignore any of it. Everything has taught you something. Every moment, even the ones that felt pointless, shaped you. Be honest with yourself about what you’ve learned. Accept it all without rushing to move past it.
As I’ve said before, Life after healing still asks you to keep moving forward — slowly and with awareness. Life speaks through both the noise and the silence. Listen carefully. It is beautiful — but it still asks you to keep walking. One step at a time. One breath at a time. And those steps? Take them with intention, with tenderness, with a heart open to beginning again, as many times as you need to.

Healing doesn’t mean you’ll never struggle again. It simply means you’ll show up differently. Acknowledge the hard days you got through when you thought you couldn’t. Recognise the small wins, the difficult choices, and the times you kept going even when it wasn’t easy.
There will be days when you feel blank. When rising feels like moving mountains. When hope feels distant, and the weight of everything makes you want to stop. It’s okay. You’re allowed to slow down. You’re allowed to pause. Embrace the stillness. Honour your tiredness. Give yourself permission to rest, to breathe, to simply be.
Some days will feel easy. Others will feel exhausting. There will be mornings when you don’t want to get out of bed. Times when you feel lost or unsure of yourself. That’s part of it. It doesn’t mean you’re failing. It just means you’re human. When those days come, give yourself what you need. Rest. Breathe. Take a step back if you have to. You’re allowed to not have all the answers right away.
Look at the journey you’ve been on. Notice the tough days you made it through. Notice the small steps you took even when it felt like nothing was changing. Notice how you kept showing up for yourself, even when it was hard. You’ve already come so far. You’ve navigated so much and shown more resilience than you give yourself credit for. The fact that you are still here, still moving forward, means you are already succeeding in ways that matter most.
Healing isn’t about rushing to the finish line — it’s about learning to love yourself through every messy, uncertain, beautiful step of the journey. You’re doing better than you know. You’re blooming in ways you can’t yet see. Please don’t rush through this part. Witness it. Feel it. Understand it. Witness it wisely.
And always remember: you are enough, exactly as you are, in every moment of this journey. The growth, the struggles, the rest, the steps forward — they are all part of what makes you, you. You’re already doing more than you realise. Keep going. You are moving forward, even on the days when it feels like you’re standing still. With every breath, you are healing.
With all my love,
Your sunshine.
This was empathic and compassionate . I like the part where you say ,”Healing doesn’t mean you’ll never struggle again. It simply means you’ll show up differently…, it was a strong and powerful acknowledgement of your struggles.
:)
