Around her favourite books
Life has been tricky but then
Stories make it a bit easy.
I am someone who can’t be away from poetry. While it gives me solace and calms me down, I feel an escape from the pain. And yesterday night I finished reading this beautiful book that definitely left me with a feeling of heaviness in my heart and made me miss someone a little more.
A journey of thoughts by Apurvajain2002 is a collection of poems that expresses the emotions we all go through. With her poems, she tells about the phases all of us have been through, the tough times when it was a bit hard to get up but then there’s hope that keeps us going.
Divided into 6 parts, from dreams to love to missing someone, to the reasons to stay, Apurva Jain with her words makes readers relive beautiful memories. While some poems bring a smile to your face, some poems will make you feel the loss of that special person. While poems around hope and reasons to stay will make you feel stronger.
The simplicity and the charm in her writing style make this book special. There’s a feeling of stillness while you read the poems. The depth that one could relate to.
• in every hard time choose to stay,
Your small step are going to be journey towards your destination.•
•Once the feeling which makes you uncomfortable, weak and clingy,
Are the feelings which make you feel brave and beautiful,
You are not stardust anymore,
You are a comet streaking through sky to do good things.•
Loved each of the poems here. They are full of hope and inspiration, at the same time making us miss the missing puzzle. I loved reading poems from Reasons to stay, hope and from in love with someone.
The poems are thought-provoking and will make you feel that pause. Especially the one’s in the hope section. The way she describes the beauty of love, life passing each day, and living for those small moments makes it special. The moment we trust ourselves lil bit more.
If you love reading poetry and want to read some light poems with depth then this is surely the one. Read any poem from the book and I bet it will make you miss your person, your old self too.
