Summary

It’s a good, exciting story but a bit lengthy one. I would have enjoyed it more if it could have been a Lil fast-paced story. Overall, it’s an interesting read with a promising storyline.

• He knew pain doesn’t need love, what it needs is more pain, and love is nothing but a drug made by the human heart.•

As inquisitive as the cover is, After Life by Nikhilanshu Janwa is a story of Nikhil who lost someone precious in life and is in his Solitary world. With each day his life gets tougher with unusual situations at school and at home. Things started changing when he becomes friends with Vaishnavi and Bhanu.

Nikhil starts coming out of his solitary world when a tragedy happened and Nikhil found himself in a different world. To unite with his love, he has to fight and cross the world. Can he do it? Will he and Vaishnavi unite?

It’s a beautiful story of love, friendship, hope, thrill and lots of drama.

The story starts on a light note with Nikhil’s life and later it really gets interesting when he steps into the other world. A plot filled with action and thrill with a layer of love and friendship. Nikhilanshu takes readers to another world full of mystery.

The narrative is intriguing and one could relate to the story well. It’s a bit slow-paced story with too many details which at times makes it a bit tedious but the curiosity to know what will happen next kept me going.

Nikhil’s attitude to fighting for his love and not giving up made me like his character. He strived through the adventures so well. The writing style of the author is easygoing and enjoyable. With a series of some fun, some action-filled adventures, Nikhilanshu keeps the readers invested in. The people Nikhil met in his Journey, the lessons he learned throughout was interesting to read. The siblings bond and how one accident changed his life.

The characters are well-developed by the author. I liked Nikhil’s character but more than that Bhanu’s character has had an impact on me.

It’s a good, exciting story but a bit lengthy one. I would have enjoyed it more if it could have been a Lil fast-paced story.

The climax of the story is too good and I can’t wait to read the second part of the book.

Overall, it’s an interesting read with a promising storyline.

Summary

“When I dive deep in this water, it’s all dark there. That darkness always tries to kill me, but I always reply, ‘not yet…’ and come out from it. But I think one day, that darkness will reply to me back, ‘you are done.’ Ahh! I hope I can live without this heart; it hurts a lot. If I won’t open my eyes right now, then I will be dead, and if I did, it will be the same anyway. I think I should stop depending on others when I’m at my worst.” “Sit, Vaishnavi, in half an hour, this town will catch fire.” Have you ever imagine the world of feelings? The world where feelings replaces money. A true world. Nikhil is an ascetic and solitary boy who has lost someone important from his life. For him, spring never comes after winter because that spring has lost in a dreadful night. Nikhil’s affliction has given him space from the peaceful world until she enters in his life. In the season of summer of mid-April, a blow of cold air suddenly touches his face when that girl appears in front of him, Vaishnavi, and then Nikhil’s life starts to take turns.
