Some books are like a reminder, that we need to hear, that makes us pause for a while, and think about the life we are living. In this fast-paced life, we often forget to appreciate the small moments of happiness, we often forget to live for ourselves. In this race, we are slowly forgetting ourselves.

Sometimes, we need to hear something from others, something that we already know, and the author in her book shares the things we need to hear. One thing that I learned from this book is how a slight change in our mood can affect our surroundings and how a small change can make a difference.
It’s an amazing book that you will surely enjoy. The author discusses each topic in-depth with many examples and exercises that we must do. The candid and interesting writing style of the author with crisp narration keeps the readers invested in.
It felt like the author was dropping bombs of facts and thoughts we have and giving us a solution. There are so many things to learn from this book. Not to forget the cute drawings in each topic that conveyed a message.
