Life is much easier and happier if we stop overthinking everything, isn’t it? Joseph Nguyen in his book Don’t believe everything you think shares about how it is good to go with the flow and trust the plan of the universe than to think of things that didn’t even happen.
One of my favourite books of the month is definitely this book. Don’t believe everything you think by @itsjosephnguyen is a book you can go to every time you feel low or clueless. A book that will help you find answers.
We create our own reality. It all depends on how we think. In this book you will find how not thinking too much makes our lives better and happy. The author shares about how we can train our brains to stay calm in every situation for a positive outcome.

I loved the examples in form of stories shared by the author. How one single negative thought or moment of anger can ruin everything and how one positive thought or a moment we chose to ignore can make our life better.
The author shares about the thinking patterns of overthinking minds, and how we experience sheer joy in the state of non-thinking. How one can create a non-thinking environment.
It’s a crisp, well-detailed, inspiring read with a lot to discover.
From overcoming destructive habits to removing thinking triggers, and the obstacles we face because of overthinking, The author shares the step-by-step process and guides the readers.
Candidly narrated, with an intriguing writing style, Joseph makes the readers witness the reality. How we destroy things ourselves with the way we think. I loved the last part of the book with all the lessons, reflections and the prompts the author added for the readers.
