Yes, you heard it right; Get ready to dive in the world of Audiobooks with Storytel.

Lockdown has been announced, it’s going to be Work from home. With all the things happening around, Reading always came to my Rescue. Well, well, after a hectic day I hardly got time to read that’s when Storytel came to my rescue.

I was never an audiobook fan, I always loved paperbacks until I saw an ad about Storytel, when I downloaded Storytel, I never knew I would fall in love with the app. An affordable app with more than 2 Lac titles from your favourite authors.  Every night, before going to bed, I switch to Storytel.

With a soothing voice and an interesting story, there is always a book that helps me to calm down.  From the Power of Subconscious Mind to Sudha Murty the Supreme Inspiration, From Memories by Lang Leav to Kadambari – narrated by Konkana it’s a place full of amazing audiobooks.

The interesting short reads that will end our day happily. From 15 mins to 11 hours, there are different audiobooks you can opt for.

Storytel has been like a Therapy for me. It has been my companion when it comes to travelling or when I am stuck in the insane traffic to all the long walks that I go for. What better than listening to a good audiobook while having your morning/evening walk in nature. It feels so soothing and relaxing.

In fact, even while walking on my way to work, I’ve switched listening to these books rather than doing anything else. Well, there are many reasons to love Storytel, but here are my favourite 5 reasons.

1: Get access to more than 2 Lac audiobooks!

One of the many reasons to opt for this app is it has many interesting reads. You name it, they have it. With various genres, and our favourite titles, to the Originals, it has everything. In 299, you can get access to the whole Library, isn’t that amazing? Get access to the international titles, audiobooks from your favourite author.

2: Read at your own pace.

A User friendly interface is a cherry on the cake. From Bookmarking your favourite lines to Speed control to Sleep Timer to Kids Mode, it has everything that can make your experience better. Speed control and Sleep timer are my favourite features. Listen to your favourite book at your own pace.

In the Kids Mode, the child will have a private bookshelf and receives recommendations based on what has previously been read, isn’t that amazing? A child can have their own library.

3: Want to listen to something original? Storytel has a library of Original Series.

Along with acquired titles, Storytel also hosts a library of original series. These are short series of 10 episodes each, which are made in -house at Storytel.

Think of any genre and it’s there – be it crime, romance, business, biographies, Storytel has something for everyone.  These are some interesting series that you can count on.

If I fall, virus, mystery lady are some of them.

4:  Unlimited Listening to your favourite Audiobooks:

There are currently audiobooks in 12 languages on the app that you can’t stop yourself from adding them to your shelf. From selecting a narrator to books in various languages, I am always surprised by the audiobooks I discover on the app.  I am already adding many books to my shelf, are you?

With a subscription of 299/- it gives you unlimited access to audiobooks. With this you will be able to listen and listen as many books as you like as long as you have an active subscription.
