Reading Novoneelchakraborty book has always been refreshing. I started my reading journey with his books. It’s been a while since I read his books. I wanted to read something light and thrilling and hence I picked up this book. His books still have that charm.

A thousand kisses deep is a story of Haasil, Palki, Pallavi and Swadha, and how their paths cross at unexpected points in life. Haasil is Pallavi’s love but was rejected by him which led her on a self-destructive path. To seek revenge, to destroy Haasil’s life she plans with his ex-wife Palki. Will Pallavi destroy Haasil using his true love?
While Pallavi was on a path of self-destruction and revenge, she found a human diary, Swadha who always Day dreamed about being with Haasil was proposed by him, and Palki who never dreamt of falling in Love, Met Haasil again in life.

The characters are well sketched and one could relate to each of them. I somehow loved Pallavi’s personality the most. The way the plot takes turns in later chapters was unexpected. There’s drama, romance, love, lust and dark secrets. With each chapter, the story gets more exciting as layers of lust are revealed. What I loved most are the small clues that each of them got and how the dots were connected. Haasil’s action made Swadha question him, Swadha’s reaction made Haasil think, and Pallavi’s actions were surpring and overall, it all makes sense in the end.

Summary
