About the Author
I was born on the 9th of June, in a small city in Bihar. Born and brought up there, I now live in Ghaziabad after my marriage. A science student and a graduate in economics. I love playing sports like chess, carrom, and badminton.
It is my passion to create and tell stories. My favorite genre is mystery/thriller and comedy. I am very passionate about movies so most of my books are like movies on paper! After starting my career as a novelist I yearn to be a successful screenwriter. I have written a script based on my first novel ‘The blazing moon- journey to hell”. It is a psychological thriller. I have my page “Amazing stories by Ekta Sinha” on Facebook and Instagram as @writerektasinha, where I post my small stories and poems. The love and appreciation I get there fill me with joy and energy.

Q) Tell us about the idea behind the book?
I was writing another novel when my son told me about his nightmare. There was something unique in that dream which made me stop writing that novel and I decided to write this book, the story is an extension of what he saw in his dream.
Q) How much time did it take in the process of writing?
It took me about 1-1.5 years to finish this book, including procrastination!
Q) What did the process of writing this book teach you?
This story is about various emotions and phases a person goes through in the process of development as a better person. It also promotes offering unconditional love to your loved ones which is, I believe, the most powerful and magical thing in the world. I have learned a lot while writing those emotions.
Q) What inspired you to write this book?
It is a unique story where the common people are the real heroes. And it was my faith in love that inspired me to write this book. Also, I strongly believe that evil powers are nothing in front of Goodness.
Q) Which is your favorite part from the book?
There are many memorable incidences in the book. The characters are vulnerable and look real. They fight their fears to overcome the Darkness. I love that part where Atticus and Branny are talking and are enchanted by the devil so that they speak the truth.
Q) Tell us about your plans? Planning a new book?
I will finish the book that I was writing previously. And I will try for the screen adaptations of both of my novels published.
Q) How did your life change after the book was published?
The book is getting appreciation from readers and reviewers. I am more confident now and I yearn to tell more stories.

Q) What is a literary success for you?
I was a storyteller since my childhood days. Nana-Nani or Dada-Dadi tell stories to their grandparents but in my case, I was the one who was telling them my created stories. Due to some reasons (Studies, marriage, kids) I was away from my first love for many many years. Now in my 40s, I have begun my career as a writer. Getting appreciation and applauds from friends and family, and people trusting me as a writer is a literary success to me.

Chase your dreams until you get them. And read Ekta Sinha whenever you feel like escaping to another world. The moment you will finish the book you will come out with some positivity and good learnings. Entertainment is the cherry on the top!
