•IT Is not about technology, as it’s always portrayed. It’s about people and their lives.•

Being associated with someone who is in IT (information technology) will understand and relate to this book more.

Satish Badgi in his book it’s a story shares some startling stories of people from the IT industry. Their life, their careers graph and the situations they have been through.

No no, it’s not about technicalities or careers, it’s about the people that strive and survive. It’s about the challenges they faced, the decisions they made, the heartbreaks, betrayals romance.

It starts with Venkat asking Vinod about his story in the IT industry, as he has a great experience in this field. As the flight to Mumbai started, Vinod begins the story, his story, stories of the people he met.

Well, Each story here is intriguing with a crisp, engaging plot. All we see is the results and not the untold struggles. The author here shares the untold struggles of the people he met and each chapter here will leave you stunned.

Each story is inspiring, a journey of its own and the author expressed it well. With the pleasant, relatable writing style of the author with the smooth flow of words, the author takes us to the time when there were no laptops or mobile phones.

The only thing that I disliked is the shifting plots. The breaks in between stories killed the curiosity. I wished the stories were aligned properly as shifting plots were breaking the reading flow, but the author manages to keep the readers hooked throughout with diverse themes, drama and inspiring tales.

The stories have struggles, the office politics, expectations, drama and a lot more. I loved reading Vinod’s story the most out of all. One could relate to all the stories well.

The characters are well developed by the author. Vinod’s character is indeed my favourite one. The author with his words tells readers the other side of the story, the struggles behind the scenes which I loved the most.

The candidness in his writing style and descriptive narrative, the author makes the story exciting with many twists.

An inspiring read.
