Sometimes all we need is a reminder that we should not give up. Some stories we hear in childhood has an impact on us till now and some incidents can change our lives forever and this is one such story.

Let love take over by Tomson Robert published by Srishti Publishers is a story of Joshua who stands for the right, but after a tragedy from his teenage years, he decided to never be a hero again.

Little did he knew, the demons of the past will profoundly affect his present. It’s a journey of Love, challenges, faith and friendship.

Well, I enjoyed reading this book, a light read with some unexpected twists. From participating in competitions to some fun tricks to the dream of becoming a writer, Joshua’s journey will takes us down the memory lane. Not to forget Raghu and his bond. How one incident changed his life, how he gave up his dream of becoming a writer.

This book is an account of events that shaped the author’s life. I felt like I was reading someone’s diary.

With an intriguing plot and crisp Narration, it’s a story of true love which overcomes all difficulties.
With the layers of love, friendship, family bonding, drama the author also subtly highlights office politics.

The writing style of the simple and engaging. It’s a fast-paced story with a smooth flow of words.

The characters are well-developed by the author. Honestly, I liked Susan’s character more than Joshua. Not to forget his grandfather who always motivated him. I would have loved it more if the characters had some more depth.

I liked the second half of the story more. The family support, strong partner and overcoming demons of the past, The author has wonderfully described it all. Not to forget the story of David and Goliath. How Joshua was inspired by the story and took charge of his life.

Not to forget the unexpected climax that surprised me. Honestly, that I enjoyed reading that part. I wish Joshua’s character was that strong from the start.

With a blend of love, friendship and family drama the author weaves an amazing tale of true love. Looking for a quick, light read? This is it.
