•A strong friendship doesn’t need daily conversation. As long as the relationship lives in the heart, true friends never part.•

With a beautiful saga of love, trust and friendship, Pratichi Sanaye ( @prati.sanaye_ ) will surely remind you of your best friends, your college days and the beautiful bond of friendship.

Shruti is all set with her group of friends, on a mission to search Simran, her long lost best friend. On her journey, she meets Ayush and love sparks between them. Keeping their affair secret and searching for Simran, she remembers the golden days of her life with Simran and what went wrong.

On the path of secrets and uncertain circumstances, miles apart is a journey of friendship and love and and how we need friends to rescue us. With the shifting plot from past to present, we get to know the perspective of each character.

With an engrossing plot and lots of twists, I loved how the author crisply narrated from the perspective of each character. It’s a smooth paced story with simple language and an entertaining writing style.

At times, too much description of situations may make you feel a bit tedious but the curiosity to know what will happen next will keep you hooked throughout.

One could relate to the situations well, Shruti who wanted to protect Simran was trapped in love. How can she explain this to her best friend? I loved the later part of the story more. How the friends saved each other.

Each character had a story to tell, and the author sketched it well. One could feel anger, feel pity, feel happy for them. They are strong and well-developed by the author.

We all need friends who supports us and I loved how Shruti’s friends supported her and handled the situations for her. I loved how Krithi supported her through the thick and thin.

With an unpredictable climax, for me, the last few chapters were the hero of the book. I loved how beautifully the author expressed the emotions. The father-daughter love, the realizations, the escape, the relief, love and most importantly friendship, this book is a blend of all.

It’s a story full of drama!
