Diwali is around the corner and recently I got my hands on this amazing book by Muffinmakeover23 .

Author CK, gives shares 21 eggless recipes to make delicious and unique Muffins giving it a makeover and transforming muffins into a mini dessert.

I never try many recipes but I couldn’t stop myself from trying recipes from this book. I tried making cocoa and chocolate chip muffins. The recipes are quick and easy to try and are unique in their own way.

I can’t wait to try The chocolate custard muffins, Chocolate Ganache Muffins, and the Fusion Muffins.
