I am fascinated with the Jaz gang and their courage to solve a quest. @author.jazgang Vaishnavi Anantha pens down an adventurous tale full of mystery and excitement.

The story starts with Mr Chauhan getting murdered, followed by Zenny travelling to Andaman with her mom. Zenny meets Archana on the beach and the two became friends. Archie (Archana) shares with Zenny a secret and shows her a wooden box.

Curious Zenny is ready to solve the mystery, along with Archie and later joined by Jay. It’s a quick, fast-paced story filled with mystery and riddles to solve. With an interesting plot and crisp narration, Vaishnavi takes the readers on the roller coaster ride where they discovered a Time Machine after solving the riddles.

Where will the Trio go? What will they do next? Each of them has their own perspective, their own mystery to solve. While Zenny decides to teach her friend a lesson, Jay meets his parents, while Archie decides to visit the time of Ramayana and wants to meet Devi Sita. What happens when they land in Mithila? Well well, I can’t wait to read part two.

The gripping and enthralling writing style of the author makes the readers curious. It’s a quick, light and to the point read that teens will enjoy.

The characters are well developed by the author. At times I didn’t like Zenny’s overconfident character but I loved her curiosity and her way of thinking. I loved Archie and Jay too.

Written in a simple language and crisp narrative, teens are surely going to enjoy this roller coaster ride. With the themes of mystery, adventure, and friendship Vaishnavi takes us to the wonderland with some beautiful illustrations.

Vaishnavi unfolds the mystery well. I didn’t like the Ramayana part added there and found it a bit unnecessary as I was more interested in reading what the Trio will do next.

Overall, it’s an exciting, light and fun read that we will enjoy as much as teens will. I will be sharing the review of part 2 super soon, can’t wait to dive into the next adventure.

Summary

Three teenagers Zenisha, Archie and Jay who are poles apart from each other, join hands to discover something they must have only heard of or read in fiction novels – “A time machine”.

They decide to go back 7000 years to the Ramayana era as they want to prove that Ramayana was for real and not a mythology as claimed by some western historians.

Is the Time machine for real? Will the teens unravel what they set out for or will the adventure turn into a terrible nightmare?

Will they manage to visit the Ramayana era, or will they get trapped in a danger beyond the realms of their imagination….?
