Review:

A collection of 3 tales with varied themes that will stay with us for a longer time. I loved Avnish Burman Choudhury’s writing style and he never disappoints. 3×3 by Avnish Burman Choudhury is a collection of three tales that revolve around the themes of life, love, and loss. There is someone, always watching our actions. The first story is about Tom trying to find the exit from his own company knowing his brother’s deeds. In trying to protect himself he takes some drastic steps. With the confidence of not being watched by anybody, he does the unexpected.

The second story is about a lady Pankaj found in all the pictures he received. Who was she? Why is she in all the pictures? To solve this mystery, Pankaj and his friends go to an extent. Here we see the corporate journey and myths too along with madness and love. The third and my favourite story is about Shyam finding his companion on a rainy night. It’s a heartwarming story that shows love, corruption and kindness.

Avnish with his words paints a picture of each story in the minds of readers. With each story, we live with the characters. Some we are going to hate and some we are going to love. Entertaining and full of surprises, Avnish’s tales are indeed uncommonly told. He did not miss adding a single detail to the story which at times was tedious but fun too. I enjoyed reading the last story the most. Want to read some deep and promising stories? You can count on this book.
