It’s a sweet book with a blend of poems and experiences. Aabha with her letters inspires readers to conquer the world with kindness and love. From taking a morning walk, and talking to self to forgiveness, with each chapter Aabha shares an important lesson for the readers.

Divided into 18 chapters, she talks about parenting, life goals, work life balance and various topics. There’s candidness and honesty in her writing style with which one could connect to. With a crisp engaging narration and simple language, it’s a book with some cute illustrations.

What I loved most about the book is the simplicity and the author’s approach. The chapters are to the point, with crisp descriptions. Not too short, not too long. At times, there’s the repetitiveness which could have been avoided.

I loved relationships, living with grace and the root & heritage chapters the most. The author added examples, and stories from Mahabharata which makes the readers curious and gives them a different perspective.

Overall, it’s a light, simple read that you will love.
