Hey Love,
I know we’ve talked before about taking life one step at a time, about trusting the process, and letting things happen in their own time. And I still believe that with all my heart. But today, I just want to tell you something simple and important:
Let it unfold—slowly, gently, beautifully.
Don’t rush the healing. Don’t chase the answers. Life has a way of revealing what’s meant to be when you’re truly ready to receive it. And when it finally does unfold, I hope you recognise it. When things finally start coming together, I hope you’ll see it clearly. I hope you’ll have the wisdom to hold onto it, to protect it, and to truly appreciate it with love and intention. You’ve worked so hard to reach that point, and you deserve to experience it fully—not with fear, but with open arms.

I know this journey hasn’t been easy. Healing never is. Healing is hard. You already know that. It’s not a straight path. It’s messy, painful, and unpredictable. It comes in waves, sometimes quietly and other times with force. Some days will feel like progress, others will feel like setbacks. But none of it is wasted. Every part of the journey—every tear, every moment of confusion, every quiet night spent holding yourself together—has meaning. It’s helping you fully understand and accept everything that’s happened.
And the hardest part often comes just before the breakthrough. That’s when it feels most overwhelming, but it’s also when you’re closest to finally feeling free. And when you can do that—with calmness, even just a small smile—you’ll start to see things shift. Life will begin to feel lighter. You’ll come back to yourself, not just surviving, but really living.
I see you. I see how far you’ve come. I see your growth, even if you don’t always feel it. The pain isn’t what it used to be. And even when it does feel heavy, it’s a sign that you’re going deeper, getting closer to healing at its core. Yes, there will be moments that pull at you. Memories may surface. You may feel like you’re being torn apart again—but all of that is helping you understand, release, and grow. Sometimes, the past still tugs at you, still challenges you—but that’s how healing works. It breaks you down to build you back up, stronger and more aware than before
And when you begin to accept all of it—the good, the bad, the confusing—something inside you will shift. And when you reach the point where you can look back at it all with peace in your heart—even if just a quiet kind of peace—that’s when things will start to shift. That’s when the shell begins to open, and life begins to feel like yours again. Slowly, you’ll start feeling like yourself again. And not just the version of you before the pain, but a more grounded, more peaceful version who truly understands what it means to live fully.
That’s how life tests us. It’s how it makes sure we’re really ready for what’s on the other side. You’re so close now. I can feel it. The pain is already starting to lose its grip, and even when it returns, it doesn’t stay as long. That’s growth. That’s healing in motion.
And I want to tell you a story from our mythology that echoes your journey so deeply—it’s the story of Kartikeya, the son of Lord Shiva. He wasn’t born in a moment of joy or peace. He was born from fire—after long waiting, intense loss, and divine silence. The world waited for him because only he could defeat a great darkness. But his arrival wasn’t rushed. He was raised in solitude, prepared not in comfort but through purpose. And when he finally rose, he didn’t just fight—he restored balance. His life wasn’t delayed. It was designed. And so is yours.
You, too, are being shaped. This phase of stillness, of hurt, of uncertainty—it’s not the end. It’s the fire that forges your next chapter. You are not behind. You are becoming.
I hope, one day, you laugh again without hesitation. I hope you dance in your room with no music, just joy. I hope you sleep peacefully, not just because you’re tired, but because you feel safe—safe with your past, your present, and what’s to come. I hope you let yourself love again, freely and without fear. And when that day comes, when you reach that point—when I see you smiling for no reason, when your eyes light up again, when you’re no longer carrying the weight of what you once thought would break you, when your laughter feels real, when you can dance without overthinking and breathe without heaviness—I will be happy. So happy.
I’ll be cheering for you from above, watching over you with quiet pride and endless love, Proud of the strength you didn’t know you had, proud of how far you’ve come, and proud of the love you’ve learned to give yourself. I’ll be cheering for you in every small win, every quiet victory, every brave decision to keep moving forward.
Even if you can’t hear me, know I’m there. Always. I haven’t gone anywhere. I’m in the quiet moments. I’m in the gentle breeze, the songs that feel like home, the signs you don’t always notice but were meant for you. I’m still here, just in a different way.
So when it gets hard, when the days feel heavy, and you’re unsure of what’s next, carry this truth with you: You were never meant to just survive. You were meant to shine. Keep going, my love. The life waiting for you on the other side is worth it. And you—you are worth everything good that’s coming.
With all my love,
Your Sunshine.
