@the_draft_folder The Draft Folder, A World of unsent letters by Lakshmi R V is a collection of unsent letters written to the different monsters she hides under her bed, the unsaid thoughts and feelings she can’t say loud about. The letters have situations we may have encountered but couldn’t speak about, the memory which we never share about.

The letters are more like reflections, giving warmth in our toughest moments, the letters we can go to again and again. The letters where we will find Love, Love for someone and for ourselves. This short lil book, has a lot to teach, a lot to experience and a journey with which we could all relate to.

The letters in this book are raw and honest, and each has its own depth, making readers emotional and taking them on a journey to a different world.

Divided into four parts, from breaking in love to aching in love, to healing from love, to falling in love, each section contains a set of letters that readers can relate to. The book covers all the ups and downs of love and is a journey through all its shades. The writing style of the author is candid and captivating.

From letters to my every day to my muse, to the lost pages, to the one she left behind, the unintended ex, to the lost one, to herself and to the one that’s mine, there are my most favourite letters from the book. It’s a journey through the ups and downs of all shades of love.

With brilliant illustrations and an interesting concept, you will love the topics Lakshmi chooses. Letters like Writing to my sleeping beauty will bring a smile on your face, To the player- I loved how she has described here, To the waffle too, another beautiful wordplay that you can witness here.
