•You just have to play your best and leave the rest on destiny.•

I have grown up listening to Gita from my grandmother. She always says, Bhagavad Gita is a powerhouse of knowledge and you will find the answers there. When I came across this book, I was excited and sceptical about what conversations it would have. The conversations 5000 years back. And when I started Reading, it was just fabulous.

With a motive to make young readers understand Bhagavad Gita and its lessons, @neetika_maheshwari1 Neetika Maheshwari interestingly conceptualises the 5000 years back conversation.

The tale unfolds through 18 chapters taking you on an exciting journey of learning about Mahabharata and The Bhagavad Gita differently.

With a bit of change in names and slightly tweaking the concept, she brings back those learnings and stories which is more relatable to the younger generation using a modern-day context.

I loved the way she creates that aura for the young readers. The fascinating writing style of the author and the crisp, gripping narrative keeps the readers hooked throughout.

I enjoyed reading the conversations between Aarj and Kris and the brothers. Kris guided his brother when he was agitated from going into the Boxing ring to fight against his brother. Where he answers all the questions his brother has on his mind about the world, the emotions and there Kris tells him about the conversation 5000 years back (the lessons from Bhagavad Gita).

With amazing illustrations, Neetika keeps the conversation light and powerful at the same time. The way she added details to each discussion, makes the story more inspiring for the young readers.

This book has its own experience, a book you must add to your child’s shelf if you want them to know and learn the lessons from the Bhagavad Gita.

A refreshing, inspiring and unique read. Neetika brilliantly explains the lessons from the Bhagavad Gita with a different approach.

I wish the cover would have been better.
