From stressed to Sorted is a self-help book for those trying to manage stress and embrace positive thinking. For those battling anxiety regularly. For those who want to improve their lives, but simply have no time.
This book is perfect if you want to make changes in your life. A self-help book without gyaan well it truly was. The author added a few stories and personal experiences which made this book so relatable. All the things that we do and face in our day to day lives are explained well with a fresh perspective.
The narration of the book is simply amazing. I liked how the author added Try me section where she tells about things to be done, the therapy’s well. I liked a few stories while some stories were too stretched with unnecessary details.
The writing style of the author is crisp and engaging keeping the reader hooked throughout. The way the author described emotions that we all face is commendable.
There are so many lines, quotes which you’ll love. I liked Ruchi’s story the most. The book focus on happiness, positivity and has some hacks for the readers to calm themselves in this chaotic world.
A perfect blend of fiction, practical exercises and handmade doodles.
The simple language, the dialogues, conversations that the author added keeps the reader invested in. The doodles made this book more precious. The cover could have been a Lil better.
Overall it’s a light and quick read that will help you in bringing changes in life.
