Some books come to us at right time, to give us a different perspective, to guide us and give us clarity. For me this is one such book I would say.

left what’s right by Dhanashree Bhatkal is much more than a money management toolkit I would say. It’s about mindset, about the memories that haunts us, the fears, the emotions that stops us to step out. It’s about reframing your mindset and your equation with Money.

Dhanashree, with this book shares stories that will touch your heart, stories that will inspire us, and makes us think bigger and better. These stories will teach you one of the most important things,
‘ each one of us is going through something, it’s all about how we show up’. If someone shares their deepest thoughts and fears, respect that.

Divided into 3 parts, Dhanashree shares about understanding the concept of money in the first part. In the second part, she shares about money mindset, how one can reframe their situations, and emotions with exercises, journaling, and techniques. It’s my most favourite chapter. She shares about the techniques that helped her. The third part tells us about the money management system.

With simple language, practical approach and crisp, engaging writing style one could relate to the stories Dhanashree shared, some stories will give you goosebumps, especially her story ( her year of transformation). There are worksheets, techniques and anecdotes that will help readers a lot.

She shares the practical strategies to plan your financial future. What I loved most about the book is it’s a light and content read, giving readers a great reading experience.

The questions she adds in between the Chapters, the summaries, the theories, everything is apt and to the point. There is no dull moment here, she keeps the readers invested in with great examples and stories and. Here you will find the reality of life.

Dhanashree shares the situations, which we may have never thought of, the questions she asks here makes us relive the deepest of our memories. The memories which we kept running away from.

Like choosing our heroes wisely, how patterns are trying to teach us. She shares about the questions and conversations we must have with ourselves, the affirmations, support toolkits, processes and techniques.
