My Imperfect love story by Shubhashish published by Srishti Publications is a story of Amyra who’s life turned around completely when the hot crush of every girl Shashank reached out to her and there begins their love story. Sounds filmy right? Well, it’s a perfect blend of Drama, Friendship and of course Love.

From how Amyra’s her Girlfriends Oli and Piu came to her rescue and became cupid in her love story to How Shashank, always made Amyra feel special, it’s a story with a simple and interesting plot. A light, fast-paced story with an pleasant narration.

The author takes us down the memory lane and will remind you of your college days, the college trips, your Trio gang and of course how every time your friends came to your rescue and played a major role in your love story.

What I learned from this book is No matter what, true friends always stay with us and true love will always find its way. And not to forget, not everyone is your friend, learn to read behind the masks.

The simple language and gripping writing style of the author, keep the readers engaged throughout. You can find the shades of teenage romance, friendship, college memories, family drama and a lot more.

One could connect to the characters developed by the author. Each character shaped the story beautifully, which I appreciate the author for.
The teenage mushy romance, the misunderstandings, the family support, everything is beautifully expressed by the author.

The twist in the climax made this story more interesting. I loved that part the most. How one wrong move can destroy and change our lives, how one misunderstanding can ruin everything.

Well, it’s a sweet, simple light read that you can pick up if you like reading Teenage Romance. A delightful read.
