I am grateful for coming across books that give me clarity, that gives me a new perspective and @sameer_author Sammer Bhide’s book is one such book.
One fine day by Sameer Bhide is about his journey. How an unimaginable tragedy happened and his world came crashing down.
How he collected himself at every point of life whenever he felt like giving up. How he found a new hope every day, how he tackled the challenges, how he interacted and was grateful for each one of them he met in this journey.
Life threw many challenges and he fought and survived. I liked the constant support his mother and sister gave him. His friends and family who were with him at every point of life. The America he lives in, and how grateful he is to find the best of the friends there.
Interesting my narrated with an engaging writing style, one could relate to the author’s journey well. I looked forward to Sameerism (his tips) at the end of the chapters.
With this book he conveys some important messages like –
📌Be positive in every situation, things will fall in place.
📌 Be thankful to every person you meet.
📌Adapt the change, be ready to accept the situations.
📌 Have patience and embrace smaller victories.
📌 Take ownership of your decisions.
I liked the candidness and honesty in his writing style. How he left no stone unturned to share his journey of recovery. It’s a bit slow-paced book, sometimes with too many unnecessary descriptions that make it a bit tedious, but the author tries to keep the humour and positivity throughout.
To all those who loves to read positive books, this one is for you. Sameer, keeping up cheerfulness in his writing, wonderfully describes his journey, makes readers understand, how each relationship is important in our lives. How one should never give up and be thankful for each day, that God gives us.
