One thing that I love about Aabha’s books is the simplicity with which she portrays the emotions and the way she experiments with her books. Be it poetry or short stories or travelogues each of them has her essence in them.

I finished reading another book by her and it’s as beautiful as her previous works and different too. This time it’s a collection of soulful poems. The stranger in the mirror is a collection of 200 poems that celebrates the vividness of life.

With diverse topics, the poems are full of warmth and relatable. While the poems are inspiring and gives hope, it makes readers witness the reality of life. I love the way she expresses the value of every relationship. Be it love or family, she makes sure she conveys how important they are.

With varied themes, the poems are promising giving readers a blissful experience. Some poems are too long than usual while some hits the right chord, each of them balancing the hues of life.
