It’s Book 50 of 2023, a Light delightful read that I enjoyed reading on a sunny afternoon.

“An Imperishable Promise” is a captivating and emotional story of friendship, love, hope, and relationship, written by Sarathi Sabyasachi Sahoo. The story revolves around the lives of Deepak, Ravi, and Kashish, and how their paths cross, leading to unexpected twists and turns.

Deepak, who is attracted to Kashish, seeks the help of his childhood friend Raj to make Kashish fall in love with him. Raj, who is carefree and lives life to the fullest, helps Deepak by chatting with Kashish from Deepak’s account. Unknowingly, Raj falls in love with Kashish while doing so. During a date between Deepak and Kashish, Deepak realizes that Raj and Kashish are in love and decides to unite the Love birds.

Raj and Kashish are eventually happily married. A tragedy falls upon them and life takes a big turn. There’s a promise Raj and Kashish made to each other. How will fulfill the promise? The story takes a tragic turn, taking the readers on a journey of how they fulfill that promise, and the challenges they face along the way.

The plot of the book is well-crafted, with unexpected twists and turns that keep the reader engaged throughout The author’s writing style is simple, engaging, and to the point, making it easy for the readers to relate to the characters and feel their emotions. The promise that the characters make to each other is the driving force of the story, and the situations they go through to fulfill that promise are emotionally charged and relatable.

Sahoo has done an excellent job of sketching out the characters, and I found myself rooting for them throughout the story. Raj’s character, in particular, stood out for me, and I also admired Deepak’s unwavering loyalty and dedication to his friends.

The second half of the story is particularly exciting, with unexpected twists that kept me on the edge of my seat. With a gripping climax that will leave the reader satisfied. It is a fast-paced story filled with drama and entertainment, making it a delightful read.
