The last few months had been tough, life literally took a turn and my family and friends stood like an anchor for me. My work became my priority and helped me in coping up. Today, when I look back, I feel proud of myself and I pat my back for coming through that phase gracefully. It’s not easy, it gets tougher each day, but that’s how you learn to deal and in these last few months, I fought for myself, with myself and it was worth it.

Coming to this book, it helped me a lot, one of the reasons for a late review because I literally lived this book in the last few months. sometimes we just need reminders and this book is one such reminder for me.

What I loved is the practical approach and the candidness in her writing style. One could relate to the words and situations she shares. The cases and examples she shares, the practices one must adopt, everything is helpful.

It’s inspiring and calming at the same time. I loved how she added all the thoughts that comes to mind and how one feels. She adds reasons, their explanations and how we can deal with them, in a simple and detailed way.

It’s a raw, honest read that will surely help. It’s a positive book with a practical approach that shows us and helps us accept the reality. I loved The way it is curated with pointers, and explanations and is easy to read.

The concepts are clear and to the point. Pick up this book, read any chapter and you will be able to relate to it.

A helpful, inspiring read that you will enjoy.
