•sometimes we just need to be there, appreciating the moment.•

I like reading short stories! It’s been a while that I read short stories and @vrpthewriter ‘s the familiar faces is a book that made me pause for a while and think about how much we take care of our relationships.
It’s a book that taught me to value every relationship I have, to cherish every moment and to be thankful for all that I have.

The familiar faces by @vrpthewriter is a collection of 10 short stories that portray the journey of Individuals about the life-changing events in their life.

Well, each story is beautifully crafted by the author. It felt perfect! With a unique plot and crisp narration, these are the simple and emotional stories that each one of us could relate to.

Be it making a lil child smile when stuck in traffic to help an old couple crossing the road, to the time where we were away from our parents to settling scores with our long lost love to missing a friend by our side, to a partner who is tired of being alone, and such other incidents that make an impact in our life.

With simple language and a pleasant writing style, the author surprises the readers with each story. Witness the themes of love, friendship, companionship and family love in these stories that are going to make you smile.
The incidents described are very common that have happened in our lives in some or another way, what makes this book different is the lesson each incident teaches us.

Sometimes we neglect our partner for the growth, unknown to her world, sometimes we just want to help someone, sometimes we just can’t see someone sad and make an effort to make them smile even if we are having a bad day, sometimes thanking God for everything realizing the past mistakes.
This is one such book. Read any story, and I am sure, it’s going to astound you. My favourite stories are Traffic Signal, hand-in-hand forever, Three-foot help and Best Birthday gift ever. I liked how the author wonderfully portrayed the emotions
