Vayu has lost his best friend Zapdos, a propeller-driven drone and is all set to search for it. Vayu, who looks a bit different from Human beings never had many friends and that’s when Zapdos became his best friend. Why was he different from others? What is the universe trying to tell him? All the leads takes him to Kashmir where a UFO is believed to have crashed. How will he solve the mystery?

Author Harish Rajulu’s @harishrajulu Vayu’s Angels is a tale full of mystery and explorations Vayu encounters in search of Zapdos. I loved the way the story started, with a series of adventures and clues, the people he met, will make you wonder who stole Zapdos. The more you predict, the more interesting events takes place, making us wonder.

With a gripping, exciting plot and crisp, interesting narration, Harish Rajulu weaves a mysterious story that you will love. It’s a quick, fast-paced story, with too many events happening around. As the story proceeds, many new characters are introduced by the author which makes it a bit confusing.

The author shares about Vayu’s life, the people he met during his journey and how each of them knowingly or unknowingly led him to his Zapdos. What I loved most is the idea of Angel Numbers being there throughout the story and how Vayu did not miss that sign from the universe. At times the story gets a bit dragged with Vayu’s love life. The author here gives importance to mental health, and the way Vayu’s parents supported him.

I liked the last few chapters the most, where Vayu meets Mr Subhash and how that one conversation opened all the roads for Vayu. The later story picks up really well again when he discovers his mother’s journal and the rest is History! ( not to give any spoilers).

I liked the way the author Sketched Vayu’s character. A determined personality and how he tried to connect the dots. It’s a good entertaining read, with a series of uncanny events happening around.
