She’s building a wall so high
Not many can enter, not many can know what’s going behind that smile.
She’s laughing and is all fun,
Far away she goes
She breathes out and cries her heart out.
She’s now more silent, more of her own,
Her struggles, her thoughts are to her own.
No one reads, nor she wants anyone to know them all,
Every time she decides to give up
The walls around her keep her going
Reminding her, to be strong enough
To deal with it alone.
Every time the mask of a smile falls
She picks up herself again
Start building the wall again
Fixing her mask again.
While she fixes her mask
A thought always comes across her mind
Till when will this mask last?
